🚗 OCT Garages
oct_garages is a garage system with real parking spots for FiveM.
A parked car stays exactly where the player left it, locked and safe. Every car takes one spot, and when a lot is full, you drive to another one.
Ready to use: 15 parking lots with 763 spots and 3 police impounds across the map. No SQL import.
Works with ESX Legacy, QBCore, Qbox, standalone or your own framework.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✨ Real Parking:
• Parked cars stay on their spot and come back there after a restart
• Fuel, damage, dents and tuning are saved
• Stop on a free spot and press G, or just get out and the car parks itself
• One car per spot
• NPC cars do not appear on your lots, so spots stay free for players
• Cars left in the city stay there after a disconnect or a restart
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🅿️ Kiosk Panel:
• Every lot has a parking kiosk that players walk up to
• Take a car out, or bring one from another lot for a fee
• Move a parked car to another lot by picking it on the GTA map
• Tow a lost car
• Put a car in storage, rename it or mark it as a favourite
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🚓 Police Impound:
• Police impound a car with target or /impound. With ox_lib they can set the reason and the fee
• The owner pays at the impound kiosk to get the car back
• Destroyed cars go to the impound on their own
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📝 Notary:
• Two players sign a sale contract on paper, with real mouse signatures
• Add co-owners the same way. They can take the car out, park it and get keys
• If the buyer cannot pay, the sale is cancelled
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
⚙️ For Server Owners:
• /garageedit: build and change lots in game from a top-down camera
• Lock a lot to a job and a minimum grade
• Prices, jobs and options in one simple config
• Discord logs with separate channels for vehicles, impound, notary and admin actions
• English, Polish and German
• Fuel and keys scripts are found on their own
• Open files for your own framework and notifications
• Ownership, distance and money are checked on the server
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🔑 Works with oct_carkeys:
• You get the key when a car leaves a lot, and it is taken back when you park
• Old keys stop working after a sale
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📦 Requirements:
• oxmysql
• ESX Legacy, QBCore, Qbox, standalone or your own framework
Optional: ox_target or qb-target, ox_lib, oct_carkeys, a fuel script, another keys script.
Remove your old garage script first. Two garage scripts on one server break each other.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🧪 Tested:
In-game testing was done on ESX Legacy with ox_inventory. QBCore and Qbox are included but were not tested in game.
